We found the term “peau d’orange” used in relation to a wide range of conditions in the medical literature, and it is difficult to offer diagnostic options based on the information in your question .
The American online textbook eMedicine [1] for example uses the term in relation to breast cancer, metastatic carcinoma of the skin, pseudoxanthoma elasticum, nephrogenic fibrosing dermopathy, scleredema, and eosinophilic fasciitis amongst others.
