Unfortunately, we cannot answer this question.
We searched the NLH Library for Women’s Health, the TRIP and Medline databases and the website of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists but found no guidelines or studies reporting successful pregnancy rates in patients who have undergone a unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (with or without a retroverted uterus).
