Question answered:01/09/04 Warning! this question is over two years old.

ATTRACT found no discussion of airborne stachybotrys and its effects on long term health in our usual evidence-based sources. A search of Medline was conducted yielded no cohort study noting long term follow-up of people exposed to the airborne mycotoxin.

Several recent reviews were found (1-7). The full papers should be available from your local medical library and may summarize the quality and extent of evidence relating to health concerns.
