In 2002 the British Society of Gastroenterology published the guideline “Guidance on gastrointestinal surveillance for hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer, familial adenomatous polypolis, juvenile polyposis, and Peutz-Jeghers syndrome”.  This suggests various surveillance routines based on circumstances.  This is too large to reproduce here, so we recommend you read the article via the URL below.
