The NLH Q & A service answered a question on the success of neprinol and peyrotin as a treatment for the Peyronies disease in February 2008 (1). We have reproduced their answer below

“Neprinol appears to contain 3 main ingredients [1] Serrapeptase, Nattokinase and CO-Q10. Peyrotin appears [2] to be both homeopathic and herbal in nature (containing Agnus castus, Valeriana and a number of other compounds).

We have searched medline for the brand names, as well as the individual components and found no trials of any of the compounds or individual components.”
